Dreame

The brand most people using Valetudo have been buying over the years. They have since moved up-market, with newer models being less interesting for our purposes.

X40 Ultra X40 Ultra Dreame's answer to Roborock leapfrogging them with an extending side brush. Unfortunately came with rushed design decisions and less-than-ideal long-term side-brush-extension performance on high-pile carpets.
L40 Ultra L40 Ultra Basically the X40 but was cheaper at launch. Even runs the same firmware.
X40 Master X40 Master The X40 but with a Dock that needs a permanent water hookup. It's worse than you might think. Good luck descaling it. Also, have fun designing and 3D-printing an adapter to hook up the wastewater line to European-style plumbing.
X30 Ultra X30 Ultra A sad robot. Its announcement was overshadowed by the announcement of its successor, the X40. Dreame did not anticipate Roborock coming out with an extending side brush, and hence had to abandon this flagship essentially pre-launch. Beyond that, it is actually alright.
L20 Ultra (MR813) L20 Ultra (MR813) A peculiar robot. The L20 originally was a Rockchip-based model, which, apparently, didn't go so well for Dreame. I suppose they had sales contracts to fulfill, so this bot came to be. An L20 in Name, in Design and in Dock, but with different Hardware. Funfact: The original L20 was a miserable experience not just for Dreame but also for me, as it was advertised as a premium model through obnoxious influencers with even more obnoxious viewers. But by now it is available for cheap in the used market.
L10S Pro Ultra Heat L10S Pro Ultra Heat Stopgap model. Minor improvements over the L10s Ultra.
L10S Pro Ultra Heat (R2338H) L10S Pro Ultra Heat (R2338H) Stopgap model. Minor improvements over the L10s Ultra. Some weird variant with a different MCU Firmware.
L10S Ultra L10S Ultra The next big one after the Z10. Now with rotating mops and a full auto-empty and mop dock. Used by many. First time where I watched Dennis defeat secure boot on the Roborock S8 and replicated/ported what he did to this robot.
D10S Plus D10S Plus Z10 Pro but someone swapped the Line Laser Obstacle Avoidance for AI Camera Obstacle Avoidance.
D10S Pro D10S Pro L10 Pro but someone swapped the Line Laser Obstacle Avoidance for AI Camera Obstacle Avoidance.
W10 Pro W10 Pro First of the r-Dreames. Now with secure boot. Possibly in response to Dennis. Possibly due to the new AI-Camera-based Obstacle Avoidance.
D9 Pro D9 Pro A Dreame D9 with a stronger fan motor. Never received official firmware updates while its non-Pro brother did.
W10 W10 Dreame's first proper mopping robot with spinning mops and a mop dock. D-shaped, which the firmware sometimes forgets.
Z10 Pro Z10 Pro Next generation after the D9. New 64-bit SoC, first steps in IR Line-Laser-based Obstacle Avoidance and an Auto-Empty Dock. In the robot rooting timeline, this was the first real innovation to consider for switching from the S5 to something new.
L10 Pro L10 Pro A Z10 but someone stole its Auto-Empty Dock.
D9 D9 The first Lidar-based Dreame bot. Dennis thankfully pestered me into buying one to replace my S5 and get Valetudo running. Start of Valetudo on Dreame.
F9 F9 VSlam companion bot to the D9. First VSlam bot under the Dreame brand.
